Request lock on non-existent task/request <TR No.>

Hello Team,

We had recently done DB refresh from Production to Quality, since then we are facing below error message in Quality while editing few objects

Error message - Request lock on non-existent task/request <TR No.>

I see the above request is not existing in system - so couldnt unlock any object

Also, i have noticed that above request in TLOCK table holding the objects

I had been through below blogs and understood that i need to delete the entries in TLOCK table - But i couldnt succeed to delete the entries via SM30 or any other way in SAP

Can you please suggest on how to proceed further?

Hi,

did you try the "Transport Organizer Tool"?

Goto transaction SE01 -> Goto -> Transport Organizer Tools"

Choose the Unlock Objects (Expert tool)

There you can unlock objects.

Why are you trying to edit objects directly into Quality system?

I believe changing it from development system might help.

Deleting entries from table TLOCK is one of the post copy tasks that is mentioned in your system copy guide.

It seems you missed that; but it's not too late to do it now.

If needed, ask your database admin for help, and delete it at database level.

(I usually do that at database level, during system copy.)
