Solution Manager - EWA not generated automatically

Hi,

I configured SolMan for EWA reports but I noticed that icon (bottles) are always there and I have to do a manual step to generate report.

I think there is something wrong with the Job.

On the other hand I want to receive EWA via email notwithstanding I also configured this option.

Any clue?

Hi Jorge,

Could you please be more precise on your Solman component version?

Can you please check the logs for the job SM: EXEC SERVICES?

This job can ends without any error but if you have a look at the logs, you may find something like:

"ERROR -> Session EA1XXXX failed. Check in ST22. See SAP Note 700518."

Please also have a look in ST22.

Hi Jorge,

Please check SDCCN in your Managed System. Check the logs if you don't find any thing

delete the Task and create New one. Check the RFC's connection and Job /BDL/TASK_PROCESSOR running or not.

To Receive email of EWA you have to add your email id in Solman_workcenter - System Monitoring - Setup- Configure Automated Report mailing - Select Solution and Provide all the required information.
