Hello Experts,
I am trying to use the Open PS 4 SP03 with MS Project 2010.
The installation was successful, however when I try to connect give the following message "Logon in progress - please wait.." in the top bar and do not connect.
I already enable the open PS to my user, following through the note 1980240.
Could someone help me with that?
Thanks in advance,
Gabriel

Hi Gabriel,
which SAP GUI do you use at the moment?
I had the same issue and fixed it by the new installation of SAP GUI.
Best regards,
Pascal

Hi Gabriel,
Please try the following steps and install the Version 4.0 SP03 from the Service Market Place
http://www.service.sap.com again, the downloaded file should be OPENPS4MSP03-20005295.ZIP:
1) Uninstall all versions of OpenPS. This can be done via Control Panel in Windows to (START -> Settings -> Control Panel) by selecting 'Programs and Features' or 'Add or Remove Using Programs' (depending on the version of Windows).
2) Make sure that all of the installation folder were deleted
These are under C: \ Program Files \ SAP. If you could find a folder named 'OpenPS4MSP' after you have uninstalled the software, delete it.
3) Make sure that there is no macros in MS Project running.
To do this, start MS Project and go to menu 'Tools' ->' Macro '-> ' Macros ...'. If you find macros
which begin with 'PS_' there, delete them.
4) Run File 'extensibilityMSM.msi'. This can be found in extracted folder of download installation files from OpenPS.
5) Install OpenPS.
6) Make sure that OpenPS is not disabled in MS Project. Start MS
Project and go to the menu:
'Help'-> 'About Microsoft Office Project '. Click the button "Disabled Items ...'. If you find OpenPS_addin in the list, check this.
I hope this could be useful to resolve the issue.
Best regards, Gordon
