Hello Experts

I have 2 RFC with name let say xxx and xxx1

xxx is not remotely function enabled but xxx1 is

But when I am trying to import the RFC xxx1, I am always able to see xxx RFC

how can this be possible .?

As per knowledge, since xxx is not remotely function enabled, how I am bale to see that in SAP PI..?

Any views..?

Thanks

Hi Nunu,

May be the function module has changed from RFC to no RFC and it is cached. Try to refresh SLD cache and CPA cache.

If the RFC is yet imported before the function module change you can see it in your objects but you can't see it if you try to reimport.

Regards.

Hi Nunu,

As suggested abv, pls check if Cache is up-to-date & also check if your Remote FM is activated in R/3 system.

Please check the following links for details on importing RFC into PI & role required for the same:

Hi Nunu,

Then it is a really weird behaviour. Are you sure that you are importing the function module from the ECC system that you are thinking that you are?; sometimes for example i usually set the PI settings instead of the ECC or similar.
