Call procedure from ABAP program get error-insufficient privilege

Currently I created a procedure in HANA, and tried to use ABAP program to call it. But it gets the error message: insufficient privilege:Not authorizaed.

However, when I use the DB connect user to call procedure in HANA, it is ok. And DB connect is also ok.

Do you know why this should happen?
