WD_BADI_DOMODIFYVIEW not getting called

Dear,

I wanted to use this BADI - WD_BADI_DOMODIFYVIEW ( in ECC )to enhance some standard component views, but surprisingly not getting called though the implementation is active and as per filter used, the BADI simulation is also working fine.

May be I am wrong, but I assume this BADI should be used for SRM and not in ECC. Please confirm, or any hints which could be root cause for the above described behavior.

Hi Somnath,

You can use this BADI for all WDC.

Please chek first that your are using the correct filters for COMPONENT_NAME and VIEW_NAME.

Thanks RAM for your reply. Yes I checked in COMPONENT_NAME thats I verified by running the BADI in smulation mode and it is returning the correct implementation.

Most interestingly, I couldn't find any where use list of this BADI in ECC. So would be nice if you can provide some other thought process.
