Hi Folks,
we want to use Solution manager CSA list for all technical and functional checks, this will help us to log all checks for reporting purpose, we have some issue in CSA, when two users would like to update CSA task simultaneously, like Basis and functional team, CSA won't let us to do that, as it will ask task list is locked by other user
Do we have some way where we can achieve this goal, where two users can update CSA simultaneously ?,

As far as I'm aware the behaviour you describe equals "works as designed"
Maybe you could leverage Guided Procedures instead of Central System Administration for doing Daily Checks, that way you can split up the tasks by having seperate Guided Procedures, one for Functional user, one for Basis user.
