SEGW can't map EntitySet to RFC datasource

HI team

when I try to map entityset to data source in segw, there is only "business entity' in the drop list. I think there should be a RFC item. Is it anything wrong?

Can you please expand the service implementation node and select the operation and then Map the data source as below and check ?
