RFC Destinations for Virtual System - Enhanced Retrofit

Hi All,

Can we maintain RFC destinations for virtual system?

I am in the process of configuring Retrofit. we has a maintenace landscape with DEV> QAS > PRD and implementation landscape with DEV2 > QAS2(virtual System)

I have performed below steps

• Maintained transport routes (consolidation & delivery routes - client dependent)
• Maintained Domain Links between two landscapes & solution manager
• Maintained RFC from Solman to all systems
• Created Logical components with these systems
• Assigned logical components to maintenance project
• Created IMG project & activated CTS
• Activated charm for this project

While perfoming check in project > system landscape > Change management > check,   I get  below errors
