NWBCOption for "Start Transaction without validation check"

Hi

Does anyone know the parameter that should be entered in NWBCOptions.xml for the setting in Personalization "Start Transaction without validation check"?

It's important, because if this is off, when users enter a T-Code and press enter quickly, they are taken to a Search rather than the transaction.

When we switch it on, they are taken to the transaction as desired.  But the default is Off.

I can't find it in the template file.

Also: is there a way to prevent users from changing certain settings?

Using NWBC4.0.

Within NWBC 4.0, this is what I have  ... Note that this is in my User Folder (%APPDATA%\SAP\Common)

<StartTransactionWithoutValidation>True</StartTransactionWithoutValidation>
