Transaction Type for charm

Dear All,

Can some guide me on charm Transaction Types

In Tcode:dno_cust04

I have two text boxes

Change_Request-SDCR

Change_Request_New-SMCR

Now i need more transaction types for other change Request types (SMAD,SMCG,SMDV,SMHF,SMMJ,SMMM,SMMN,SMTM) where to assign this transaction types

Please provide next transaction types using filed name PROCESS_TYPE_ADD

Also use crmc_process_ma and check transaction types has maintained channel -> CRM WebClinet UI.

Additionally check for authorizations for these transaction types.
