Hello all,

We are implementing SRM SUS (5.0). However when we login SUS through the purchaser or vendor ID we receive the error "Either you tried to call an action that is not contained in table BBPC_SUS_ACTION, or you are

You can continue with one of the following actions"

We are able to transfer XML PO from EBP to SUS successfully. Please suggest what is the problem.

Hi Jain

I think the user does not have sufficient SUS roles assigned. Pl assign few SUS roles to user and check.

Could you please let me know what are the mandatory roles the supplier user should have.

Hi Jain

There is nothing like mandatory roles for suppliers. You can have different users for order processing, different user for ASN (despatch) or invoicing. You need to give roles accordingly. At least one should have supplier admin role as well.

Check the roles starting with SAP_EC_SUS* and assign appropriate roles
