CUA configuration

Hi Gurus,

Having configured CUA,i still could edit roles in the child system.

Checked:

1. BD54 in solman,LS is present for child system

2. users are getting created from cua client

3. deleted CUA,model views in BD64 in child system,recreated it in central system

4.For other child systems its working fine,but for a particular system

Please let me know if i am missing some checks

Hi Sabya,

Role assignment can very well be done with CUA but you can not edit the Roles in CUA central system.

To Modify a role, you need to log into the particular system only.

Hi Sabyasachi,

What is your requirement exactly because Role master will be separate for every system configured in your CUA and Roles will be edited in Child systems only.

With CUA, You can only create users and assign roles to them via a central system.

You can define these settings in SCUM Tcode.

Let me know the issue exactly!

The requirement is in child systems roles should not be edited and in SCUM the setting has been done to global.
