Activate pop-up to maintain time recording in ChaRM.

Hi Experts,

Can anyone please help us to know, how we can activate time - recording pop-up in ChaRM at status change of any CD or RFC.

Below are the actions configured till now.

In the IMG, go to SAP Solution Manager -> Capabilities (Optional) -> Application Incident Management

(Service Desk) -> Time Recording -> Set Time Recording Reminder.

Enter your 7.1 transaction type – e.g. SMAD/ZMAD

Below option selected for ZMAD transaction type.

S = Active with Status Change – any time you change the status of an incident, you are prompted to enter time.

Please let us know how we can this pop-up prompted in ChaRM CD's for maintaining the Time Recording Activities at status change as we have it in ITSM.

Hi

There is no standard posiblities available, you can use ORDER_SAVE BADI to get this acheived, you also need CRM experts to define some web_ui developments
