Service ME2STAR_OD_SRV not found

Hi,

we are implementing Purchasing documents items fiori application ,we have installed all components related to this application given in help document ,but we are not able to find the required Odata service ME2STAR_OD_SRV  in gateway system.

Hi Trilochan,

In SEGW only Projects will be available not services.

To check service please logon to Gateway and try following:

Tcode: /iwfnd/maint_service

if reqd service is not available in Service Catalog than click on  Add Service button.

-> In System Alias select ERP seytem and click get services button.

If all components are successfully installed you will be able to see your service.

but in my case i am not able to see project also in SEGW.

Please share Fiori app component you have additionally installed on ERP.

Which Fiori apps are you going to implement?

Can you find the OData service in ERP? If there is no OData service in ERP, double check the backend requirement. App Implementation: My Purchasing Document Items - SAP Fiori Apps - SAP Library.

If there is the OData service in ERP. Root cause is in the system alias definition or authorization.

Hi Masa,

in ERP i am not able to see any ODATA service in SEGW TCode whereas those services are available in Gateway system when we are trying to activate in /iwfnd/maint_service.

what authorization is required for seeing Odata service in SEGW.

Hi Masa,

my issue is i am not able to see standard ODATA service's in SEGW TCode in both ERP and Gateway system, i got to know from some other thread we need some authorization for that but we are not able to find what exactly(authorization) required to see Standard odata services in SEGW.

Are following issue descriptions correct?

+ You can not find "any" project in the SEGW transaction on ERP.

+ You can not find "any" OData service catalog in the /IWFND/MAINT_SERVICE transaction on Gateway

Confusing part is that you said "specific OData service ME2STAR_OD_SRV is not found" but this time  "any standard Odata service is not found".
