Adding new tile Error

Hi,

I am facing problem to add a new tile in the catalog. I want to add standard application of approve leave request into the catalog. But facing an error.

Details: Resource Page Chip Instance not found.

Can you please give any solution for the above error.

Hi Navdeep,

In addition to Mike's recommendation,  also check below steps:

- Run reports /UI2/CHIP_SYNCHRONIZE_CACHE and /UI2/DELETE_CACHE_AFTER_IMPORT as described in note 1942166

- Check following profile parameters are set:

login/create_sso2_ticket 2
login/accept_sso2_ticket 1

- Clear browser cache and try

Have you seen the Fiori landing page yet?  There is a section on Launchpad which has a troubleshooting document that might help with your issue.

Dear Mike,

I have followed all the steps mentioned in the troubleshooting guide (http://scn.sap.com/docs/DOC-56967). Invalidated cache etc, still facing the issue.

We have SAP_UI - SP08

I see the SP level UI add-on is old. Please try it with the latest one.
