Hi All,
I have checked the system connection tests
the failure results are
sap web as connection
1) the web as ping service (Portal) was not pinged successful.if the ping service is not activated on web as, you can try to call the ping service manually
2) An HTTP/s connection to portal was not obtained successfully( this can be due to closed port of firewall)
ITS connection
1)An HTTP/s connection to portal was not obtained successfully( this can be due to closed port of firewall)
connection test for connectors
1) connection failed. Make sure user mapping is set correctly and all connection properties are correct.
Do anyone faced the same problem and let me know how can i resolve the issue
thanks in advance
