SAP PS Error during creating delivery document from Project (CNS0)

I am getting following error in ECC 6.0 version. When I create delivery from project

using transaction CNS0,and try to create delivery document it gives following

error

Global official numbering: Input parameter incomplete

Message no. ICC_NUMBERING770

Diagnosis

The system has discovered a statement which cannot be executed with the parameters defined for general document numbering.

This could be caused by any of the following:

1. Customizing for general document numbering is not complete.

2. There is a program error.

We have checked all relevant notes for above message but none is relevant

to PS delivery.

Ple suggest the solution for above problem

We are receiving the same exact error message. The other threads suggested modifying the settings for the cross application document numbering, but we are setting up a system in Mexico. The settings for the cross application document numbering for our Argentina plant are in place in the development and QA boxes (not in prod), but we are getting the same error in QA and Dev.

We are receiving the exact same error as well. Strangely, we receive the error when trying to scrap inventory from a decentralized warehouse. No portion of our process touches any of the countries listed in the IMG under Cross Application Components > General Application Functions > Cross-Application Document Numbering. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
