MIGO Issue with 105 mvt. type

Hi,

We create a material document w.r.t. PO against mvt. type 103 (thru MIGO tcode).

Now we are processing MIGO for mvt. type 105 w.r.t. 103 material document...system showing an information

Selected material document does not correspond with action to be executed

Message no. MIGO067

Please guide.

Trans./ Event you have to select A05 - Release GR Blocked stock and Ref Doc of 103 movement.

Please ensure you are referring the correct 103 movement material doc.

But thru this option....Stock showing in Unrestricted Stock inplace of Quality Inspection.

Ensure

Whether Inspection Type is activated before Creating PO.

Inspection is active for 105 Movement.

or else manually you have to change the stock type as Quality stock during MIGO

When i am doing the process with 105 mvt. type....under "where" tab, Stock type is showing Quality Inspection option...

But just after the post the document...Stock type is showing as Unrestricted use under where tab. Also MMBE showing stock under Unrestricted Stock not QI.

Please check 105 material Document Quantity tab whether Insp lot is available.

As you said, Inspection lot tab under Quantity tab is not showing...

Also Status GR Doc. as "2" is showing whereas it should be "1".

Is there any config issue.

Hi

Please check whether you have maintained Quality Info Record for the Material Vendor and Plant combination.

And in Quality Info Record Under Inspection control tab Tick mark for Source Insp no GR  which could be the reason for status 2 and No Insp stock. Or check Inspection control setting in the same tab

Quality Info Record has been maintained for the same.

Also, check the Inspection Control settings:

After it, Status GR Doc. as "2" is showing during MIGO.

Hi

So system working fine as per your settings.

1. You will be doing certificate confirmation at the time of GR - Where setting is No inspection if vendor is certified.

2. Also Source inspection is active , no GR inspection.

If you change above settings system will work as per your requirement
