Hi Experts,
We are getting the QCERT idoc from external system for purchase order , and when tried to post it gives the message "The incoming quality certificate could not be stored " and the idoc status changes to 52. Please let me know if u have encountered this issue , and had provided any sort of solution to this issue.
Regards,
Mahendra Kumar.
Hi Mahendra,
Please can you answer a few more questions here -
a) Is this the first basic type QCERT inbound Idoc QALITY02 form Purchase coming into your SAP system?
b) If this Idoc is creating a new QC in QCPR table? If so, can you create it manually using Tx QC51?
c) Do you have the number range for Quality Certificate created and available in the configuration below -
Quality Management => QM in Logistics => QM in Procurement => Define Keys for Certificate Processing => Define Number Ranges for Certificate Receipt => Add number range.
There may be a case that the number range is not created or full and so this error may be coming.
Also, you can check an old thread: http://scn.sap.com/thread/3305313
Please check and confirm.
Thanks,
Arijit
