DateTrans in Message Mapping

Hi!

In a PI 7.3 I have a Message Mapping with a DateTrans between two fields type String.

This DateTrans change the format from ddMMyyyy to yyyyMMdd.

However, in some specific cases the day is changed. eg:

If the input is 12102014  ->  the output is 20121011, instead of 20121012.

Just for reference, that day (20121011) matches with the change of time in some countries.

In most cases the DateTrans works OK. Also I tried the same DateTrans in other PIs and the conversion worked well.

Any idea?

if you face same error ever after un checking calender is lenient please check note  1393623.

Hi,

refresh your cache and check....

Goto Advance properties --->  and uncheck calender is leninet   and test the interface..

As per suggestion use datetrans function with if and else....
