Accenptance by contact person error for 40007996 task "Revise Document"

Hi,

I have an 3 step approval process for PO, and after each approval step, if the approver rejects the PO it must to return to UWL of the requester. For that I follow this document http://wiki.scn.sap.com/wiki/display/SRM/Enabling+WI+returning+to+the+requestor+when+document+is+ful..., but in my task ID number is 40007996 "Revise Document".

I'm having a problem with this task because when it is defined the Approval workflow ends with an error. If instead of task ID  40007996 "Revise Document" i use task id 40007994 accept decison / adjust Document the  Approval workflow is executed with success.

In SWI1 i have an error in SRM Document Owner Interaction!! when i use 40007996 task id in Acceptance by contact Person!

For this particular task 40007996 "Revise Document" is needed some extra configuration?

Hello,

do not understand your problem: task to use for acceptance by contact person for SC is TS40007994.

Why are you talking about TS40007996?

This task is triggered when a user (not being the current WI approver) modifies a document being in approval...

Thank you for you answer, i'm using the TS40007996 task because i'm maintain the acceptance by contact person for PO. So it's not possible use TS40007996 in this case? I will have to use the 40007994 task?

I need to understand if it is possible to use TS40007996 task to get the PO into UWL of the requestor when an approver rejects it. Or i have to use 40007994 for that?

My final obejctive is Enabling WI returning to the requestor when document is fully rejected but insted of 40007994 accept decison / adjust Document (that works fine) use task 40007996.
