How to Prevent Multiple Logins

I want to know the best way to prevent 1 user from logging into SAP multiple times and if it is possible to just remove the option to "Continue with this logon without ending other sessions"?

Normally the user gets these choices:

I want to get rid of that middle option. How can I do this?

The SAP Profile parameter login/disable_multi_gui_login will disable multiple logins for all users.

The SAP profile parameter login/multi_login_users will allow you to maintain exceptions to the above parameter.

This is probably the only way to accomplish what you're looking to do.

Okay, so you are able to specify the users you might want to allow multiple logons for?

Also, I'm guessing these would be changed in RZ10 correct?

Yes RZ10 in either your Default or Instance profile.

I will add that the values for login/multi_login_users need to be in capitol letters. I had my UserID in the Sandbox system with lowercase and it did not work.

Just a quick question on this - when this is done is it system wide or client specific?
