The Last Changed field in Child System of CUA is reflected as the communication user of the RFC connection.
How to display the real id of the user who initiated the changes in CUA?
You'll have to track down the IDOC related to the change request - WE02 of the receiveing system should allow you to do this.

Not sure about that. You'd have to change the RFC's used by the CUA to execute. Currently set to the CUA user you see in the last changed by field, you could test by setting the user ID to "current user".
This would in effect execute the changes in the child system as the initiator of the RFC call, but you'd then have to make sure that user not only has an ID in the child system, but also is authrized to perform the change activities.
