Delete SAP documents

I need to delete some documents, attached to delivery, but delete function is inactive.

Can you help me with a hint?

Hello,

Could you please check for this delivery PGI was reversed or not.

Delete button will be only active once PGI is reversed.

Hello Cristian,

            From which Transaction Code you are trying to delete the document from?

In case of GOS menu - you need to activate the submenu "delete".

If delete button is active and the documents are not deleting you have to “run purge job on OTAS” with deletion privilege. Please elaborate more to help you in right way.

Hi,

First please check the table SGOSATTR content if like following, if not, please change it:

in tr. SM30

-Line CREATE_ATTA:

Class f.Gen.Serv = (should be empty)

Service Type = 3 Service list

Subservice = PCATTA_CREA

Then please be aware following:

The Services for Object do not pass an authorization concept on

their own because this is in contradiction to the aim of being

generic and independent from the calling application.

Nevertheless, there is a way to implement an authority check on your

own by following the instructions given in note 491271. You can use

that to restrict the creation of attachments and to call the attachment

list.
