VL10 not showing green lights in the log

Hi,

In the log of VL10, after delivery creation attempt, the green lights (Information) are not shown in the log. Anyone knows how to add also the green lights in the log?

Is it happening in all clients or only in one client ?  If so, which client ?   Hope, if at all, the document types are customized, it has been copied from standard in which, you would not have faced this issue.

ECC... and delivery type is copied from standard. In VL01N are shown the Information messages (green lights) but in VL10 are not shown.

Please click on User role tab page and check what values are mentioned in the field for traffic light.

The number is 2 but as i can see from the description this is Number of days in critical period. I don;t see how this have something to do with my log.

Please do not make a confusion with the other traffic lights, I'm talking about log (collective processing log).
