order and delivery-related (in one) invoice

Hello,

is it possible to get one delivered item(from a delivery) and one service item(from an order) into one and the same SD Invoice? It is the same customer.

Hi Deniz,

When you use service item DIEN, the relevant item category is TAD. Here you can change the item category in your sales order manually as TAW (by determination of item category in VOV4) and that will get copy in to delivery, PGI accounting will post for delivery item only and both the items will get copy in to billing and accounting.

Why do you recommend to change TAD to TAW and get the service item in delivery note? Service does not have a delivery.

Simply for the same bill, a delivery can be reference and also an order can be reference.

we need both cases... As for some service materials the customs dept. requires those services to be mentioned on the delivery note.. Thanks for ur help

Yes, this is possible!

Business example: Consumer purchases a TV online. The sale of TV and the installation need to be done. For both these, one bill is created.

2 orders created, 1 delivery created and 1 bill created.
