Receiver Seeburger SFTP error host Key was not accepted

Hi All,

we are facing the below error in production in receiver SFTP channel .

Host key was not accepted and could not connect to the remote host.And we are using SAP PI 7.0

Please refer the attached screen shot and help in resolving the issue

make sure to copy  the certificates from SSH_Host to SFTP/USERS/** which you used in SFTP channels

1. Try using IP instead of Hostname

2. Check if the Firewall and Port is opened

3. Also can you share the screenshot of your SFTP CC config..
