hi,

com.sap.engine.interfaces.messaging.api.exception.MessageExpiredException: (INBOUND) expired.

we are having a proxy to webservice scenario and we are using a lookup channel in message mapping.

we are facing this error in sender system sxmb_moni.

we have increased timeout to 10 minutes.

please provide suggestions...

Hi Debanjan,

Check with the webservice provider if they have a timeout as well. Meantime, you can try the same request with SOAPui to check if you get an exception in other tool. On other case, go ahead with Mark suggestion.

Hi Debanjan,

Can you try increasing the value of xiadapter.inbound.timeout.default in NWA? This can be found in NWA -> Configuration Management -> System Info -> Java System Properties -> Services and search for XPI Adapter: XI and set it to greater than 3 minutes.
