How can we upload Add-on without Solution Manager

Dear Friends,

I am having Problem in Adding ADD-ON  through SAINT for FI-CA,FI-CAX EA-PS

it says

" This Enhancement Package installation must be

configured with a Stack XML"

Is there any way to install with out Solution Manager

The simple answer for the issue is "NO" ,Please follow SAP Note   1598485 - "This Enhancement Package installation must be configured with a Stack XML" Upgrade FINBA...
