Create Scenario failed: The following errors occured: user is not authorized

Hello, during the installation of Fraud SP5 update we'v got some errors in creating synonyms. Most of them we resolved be redeploying problem views. But we can't redeploy one view -  _SYS_BIC."sap.bc.epm.oia.dfg/CA_OPEN_INVOICE_DAYS_AMOUNT . When we trying to redeploy it we got error -

"Message :

Internal deployment of object failed;Repository: Encountered an error in repository runtime extension;Internal Error:Create Scenario failed: The following errors occured: user is not authorized (2950)

"

We tried to create a new view in  SYS_BIC."sap.bc.epm.oia.dfg but it can't be activeted with the same error. But, if create a view in SYS_BIC."sap.bc.epm.oia.apps, for example, all works fine.

We've tried to redeploy this view from different users, tried to change and activate, grent select for _SYS_REPO (as it said in http://service.sap.com/sap/support/notes/1612696), tried to delte view and reimport it. But nothing helps, all time we've got error " user is not authorized".

P.S. Error with views was like

"Could not execute 'CREATE SYNONYM "SEPMAPPS_CLSDINV" FOR _SYS_BIC."sap.bc.epm.oia.apps/CA_CLOSED_INVOICES"'

SAP DBTech JDBC: [391]: invalidated view: cannot create synonym for invalidated view: line 1 col 48 (at pos 47)

" But note 1612696 or view validation didn't help, error was fixed only after view redeployment.

Problem solved by reactivating all components from Validation Log.

Could you explain the steps to activate the views from validation Log?
