hi all,
Another important point to note is that I have several networks (or project) created throw t-code CJ20N, the cancellation of the confirmation is most normally, except in one network.
Mr Tushar, in the report error long text it is mentionned this :
A RAISE statement in the program "SAPLCOBC" raised the exception
condition "SEQ_NOT_FOUND".
i see that the note you mentinned in your message concerne an other programm (LCOBDU01).
may be with this precision you will have other reflections.
thanks for all.

Hi everyone,
thank you for your responses. as i mentioned it above, i use a standard transaction to cancel a confirmation, which is CN29, also the network (the project) and the confirmation where created both with standard transction, which are (CJ20n and CN28). this problem appear both in the production and test system.
This is what display the abap runtime erreur (st22):
thanks for everyone.

Hi Akroune,
I found only one note related to this component application PP-SFC for transaction CN29.
514482 - M7 325: Cannot enter reason for cancellation
I suggest you to raise a OSS to SAP for this, as this is a standard issue. Also provide us the feedback SAP gives you.
Regards
Terence
Hi Akroune,
Please check below SAP note
456322 - CN29: Short dump OPR_NOT_FOUND in program LCOBDU01
Regards
Tushar
Hi,
More details would be needed to understand this, as mentioned by Paulo need to check if this is through a custom program or STD SAP program.

Hi Akroune,
Within short dump text try to find the place in ABAP where the error takes place, if for some reason this is due to custom ABAP code (user enhancement) those usually start with Z and Y, SAP Support will refuse to handle it. You need to understand if this ABAP error is within SAP standard code or within custom code. Next, you can address it either with SAP Support for standard code or with people behind the custom ABAP code.
Anyway this is not a High Priority for SAP, there is a standard guideline how to classify messages.
Regards,
Paulo

Hi Akroune,
As i see, this info does not give full information for us to confirm.
You can raise a High Priority OSS to SAP, if this occurs in production.
Also try to execute the same date again and see if this occurs, then you can give it to SAP.
If you have got the error in test system, try to create a new network and see whether you get the same error.
Regards
Terence
