Dear all

Kindly i have this error during SAP NW Application Server Java installation

NW version : EHP1 NW 3 1

OS : windows 2012 R2

DataBase : Oracle 11g

installation : domain installation

error at phase : install java engine

ERROR      2014-12-14 10:38:30.256 [csistepexecute.cpp:1158]

FCO-00011  The step runBootstrap with step key |NW_Java_OneHost|ind|ind|ind|ind|0|0|NW_Onehost_System|ind|ind|ind|ind|onehost|0|NW_CI_Instance|ind|ind|ind|ind|ci|0|NW_CI_Instance_Configure_Java|ind|ind|ind|ind|javaconfig|0|runBootstrap was executed with status ERROR ( Last error reported by the step: Process call 'D:\usr\sap\NKD\J00\exe\jstart.exe pf=\\HQ-SAPNDEV-01\sapmnt\NKD\SYS\profile\NKD_J00_HQ-SAPNDEV-01 -file=D:\usr\sap\NKD\J00\exe\startup.properties -nodename=bootstrap -launch' exits with error code 8. 1. Could you attach the log SAPINST.log and Jstart_bootstrap_j00.log

2. Could you check this SAP KBA
