Activating charm to specific project

Facing an below issue while we activate the charm to specific project

What is the version of solman you are using .Is this new project created and did you have a check at the Master note for Charm specific  to your verison

I am on SOlman 7.1 SP12, Yes i have created new Project.

In Project when i check the system landscape facing below issues

Hi,

Can you check if STMS is properly setup for that project and that is visible in solman routes

Generally this error occurs if there is issue with transport route(either not able to read the route or route is not properly set)

Also make sure you check the consistency with user which exists in solman(not mandatory) and the other systems in that particular project with RFC authorization assigned
