Hi
It simple you have to upgrade the kernel 700 and above. before starting the upgrade better you do the kernel & Dbsl patch upgrade.
Could you share you current SP levels?

Hi Sriram

SAP_BASIS - 620 - 0058

SAP_BW - 310 - 0025
PI_BASIS - 2003_I_620 - 006

And I downloaded the latest kernel of 700 in g:\usr\sap\put\exe, it is not resolving the issue.

Hi Srinivasan
Thanks for your reply.
We downloaded the latest patch level and put to exe directory. But it is not resolved the issue.
Initially we tried to use SUM tool for upgrade, we could not created XML file for upgrade and SAP confirmed to do the manual upgrade. Now we are using Upgrade Assistant (SAPUP) to do the manual procedure. Please guide me if you have any other option.
Thanks
Sufaid
