Hi,
Can someone please explain (transactions and process) how the budget gets transferred automatically to each program position? (After being rolled up in planning?)

Hi Jessica,
You can maintain the IM program budget using transaction IM32. There is an option to copy budget data from the planning, same as you can do in CJ30 for the project, but otherwise nothing is transferred "automatically".
Normally the planning process is bottom-up, and the budget process is top-down. Once your IM program position has a budget it is a total amount available for PS Projects assigned to the IM position, provided that you have that link in the budget profile for PS.

Hi,
As standard, automatic transferring of plan values is not possible. But you can the plan to original manually. Go thru the below thread:
