What is benefits compare to SAP Dataservices? How about license cost and maintance for SAP LT server?

There are plenty of blogs/presentations available online for your queries.
SLT replication follows trigger concept. It allows real time replication and can also be scheduled to run by time/interval based on your needs. Please refer to below presentation to get an overview on SLT

Data services is again a replication mechanism being carried out by batch jobs concept. It doesn't support real time replication if we compare with SLT.
Maintenance again would depend on the architecture you setup. Some information on licensing could be found in the overview link that I shared in the beginning.
