Hi

Anybody know the link to NWBC 4.0 help?

I can only find help for NWBC 5.0.

The NWBC 4.0 link on the SCN page is as follows:

SAP NetWeaver Business Client - User Interface Add-On for SAP NetWeaver - SAP Library

But this takes me through to NWBC 5.0 help..

Thanks

Hi Christopher,

Good question (made me think)! I think you can download prior versions of the help documentation here User Interface Add-On 1.0 for SAP NetWeaver – SAP Help Portal Page note the bit where it says "...or any previous release"

Hth,

Simon

For those that are interested, I also found this link:

Overview - SAP NetWeaver Business Client - SAP Library

Confusingly, it's inside SCM documentation.

Thanks - glanced at this - it seems to be our NWBC docu, though I can't check every topic.

How odd.

One thing that's missing - a complete documentation of every parameter that can be defined in NWBCoptions.xml

Or is the .template file in the installation complete and the only source of truth?

Hi Christopher, AFAIK, yes, the .template file is the single source of truth.

Best wishes,

Julie.

Thanks, although I think it's not great that one must SAPinst to get help documentation.  I imagine a lot of customers will still be on NWBC 4.0 for the moment.

UPDATE: I have now updated the links on the Space home page.

@Christopher - yes, I can see the frustration. The only point here is that you don't have to install anything - it really is just a .zip file of documentation.

Since this is not only NWBC-specific, but pertains to all of UI Add-Ons, I suspect that this will not change.

Best wishes,

Julie R Plummer.
