Is Single Sign On possible with Digital Signature for Document Approval in SolMan

Hi,

I've setup Digital Signature approval workflow in SolMan for documentation approval. I've used standard SAP user id and password procedure to approve documentation. Now each time when approvers approves/reject a document they need to enter their SAP password. Since we have single sign on setup for all the systems, I was wondering if it's possible to setup SSO for digital signature as well. Please help me if anyone has done this.

Hi Shaun,

New information!

Digital signature is not supported with SSO.

So, if you want to use SSO and Digital Signature, it will be needed to allow the approvers to log on SolMan without SSO.

That way they will be able to approve the documents using their SAP password.
