Notification to inform pending itens at the Work Inbox for more than X days

Hello all,

Someone know if there is an option to inform users (e-mail notification) with pending itens (work inbox) for more than 3 days for example? And after, another notification to itens with 10 days?

There is a workflow reminder program that you can schedule

For example:

Program is GRFNMW_BATCH_EMAIL_REMINDER

You can make use of Email Reminder notifications available in GRC which can be scheduled using program GRFNMW_BATCH_EMAIL_REMINDER.
