Hello experts,
I am a basis consultant , we are getting a problem in disk space as files like dev_jrfc of size 8 mb approx each are generating in
D:\usr\sap\<SID>\<XXXr>\j2ee\cluster\server0 . Could any one please tell me the reason for the generation of these files.
Please suggest solution for this problem.

Check Jco RFC in Visual Administrator if not required delete it.

If the system is still using the Visual Admin tool then check the JCo RFC connections and the trace level configured for the JCo RFC's.

can you check whether the trace has been activated for Java ?
if yes you need to disable it
