Hi Laura,
Please confirm whether you are using Default Mail Configuration.
If yes, then you cannot edit Default Mail Configuration. You need to duplicate and use the custom mail configuartion.

Thank you very much for your reply. It was really helpful.
The mail configuration I was trying to edit was the default one. I made a duplicate of the default one to create a custom but now I want to inactivate the default one. How can I do it? Because it is non-editable. Should I use a workbook or something like that?
