Integration of SAP Screen Personas 2.0 with IBM Tivoli Access Manager WebSEAL

Hi all,

can you tell me if is possible to configure SAP Screen Personas for work with IBM Tivoli Access Manager WebSEAL?

We need to invoke SAP Screen Personas from another url (webseal junction) but the connection seems doesn't work.

For example, if I try to invoke Personas without WebSeal from url:

http://hsacsap01.netserv.hbl.local:8000/sap/bc/bsp/persos/mainapp?sapclient=300

all is working fine, but if I try to invoke Personas from a WebSeal Junction from url:

http://collaudowb.hbl.local/jspsapweb/sap/bc/bsp/persos/mainapp?sapclient=300

I receive the attached error.

I've notice that this type of error appear when I try to insert a wrong address in:

SPRO > CrossApplicationComponents >SAP Screen Personas >MaintainsSystems

I've already tried to change the expected address but is not working.

Can you check the HTTP request-response using F12 developer tool or Fiddler or HttpWatch to see which request is failing and paste that URL in a new browser tab to see what response you get?

If you get login screen then it can be due to SSO configuration.

we don't have configured the sso with webseal, at the moment we want to check if the communication is working.

For your information, after the pop-up needed for pass user/password we receive the attached error.

Did you check if you are able to access

http(s)://<TARGET_SERVER>:<PORT>/clientaccesspolicy.xml

http(s)://<TARGET_SERVER>:<PORT>/crossdomain.xml

If not, please create these files under root folder (icmandir folder) of your server as described in SAP Screen Personas configuration guide.

Not sure if this will help, but you could try to use a web dispatcher and set that up in the Personas IMG settings instead of the direct server name.
