Unable to login NetWeaverAdministrator

Hi ,

I have installed PI 7.4 on windows system as standalone.  I can start the services using the administrator password but I cannot login to the netweaver administrator.

Please help me , How can i resolve this issue.

Are you sure the password you entered is correct ?

Please cross check that.

Try with j2ee_admin user

I used j2ee_admin user , it is connecting now  but I unable to connect using SAP GUI

I am getting the below error.

Hi,

*  Provide the IP & host-name in Host file in both server & client system's.

*  check IP & instance number what you provided is correct in GUI.

HI Ramana,

Application server: <IP-address> ; provide IP address and try.

and also check LAN connection to Both server & client.

Hi Rajasekhar,

I have installed on the VM  as standalone system.

I have given the IP address and tried also .  It is giving me same error.

Is any other cause to get this issue?

Can you check the instance number you have used?

Secondly try to check the firewall settings too.

Have you created any new user id ? or you can use the DDIC user id

I have given wrong client 00 instead of 02.  I have checked the system information and changed 02 , Now I can open the GUI
