Default value for field Due Date at new Access Request

Former Member

Hello Community,

Someone knows how can I change the default value for the Due Date field at an Access Request?

If the user doesn´t provide a data GRC AC automatically fills it with the current date. Is there any manner to set a default value for this?

Thanks,

Pedro

Hi Pedro,

this is not exactly what you were asking for, however you might find it usefull.

1. First setup SLA for your process ID - go to SPRO - GRC/Access Control / Workflow for access control / Provisioning/ Maintain Service Level Agreement to for example 15 days. This will not  appear on this filed - however if the field will not be filled out - default will be 15 days.

2. Hide this field 'due date' using application config from access request form.

3. Every request will now have a deadline for 15 days or whatever you setup in 1.

Regards,

Filip

Filip,

Thanks for your reply. This will help. Customer asked me if it is possible to inform the aprrovers that he has non approved itens at the Work Inbox. Do you know something about?

For example. If determined request is pending for more than 3 days than a notification is send by e-mail. More than 10 day other message is sent.

Thanks in advance,

Pedro
