data deleted load DP history

Dear all,

I have a big issue when I load my sales history in DP.

I organized my CSV files by month : each file contents historical data for each CSV which was sold during one month.

I  have 24 files, because 24 months.

When I load, the first month is correct, no problem.

Then, if I want to load an additional month, for a combination (product / Family / Customer) which has been sold in the past, so this value in the past is deleted.

For exemple                                        Jan     Feb

Product A Family X Customer 1           100          200

Product B Family Y Customer 2            20          0 (no line the Feb file)

Product A Family Z Customer 3              0          50

When I load January => OK

	Jan
Product A Family X Customer 1	100
Product B Family Y Customer 2	20
Product A Family Z Customer 3	0

When I load January => KO

	Jan	Feb
Product A Family X Customer 1	0 100	200
Product B Family Y Customer 2	20	0
Product A Family Z Customer 3	0	50

Sales of January for product A is deleted !

Can you help me for this urgent issue ?

Hi Pierre Emmanuel

I suppose you're uploading your history by using TSCUBE.

Cold you please check teh following settings into "Additional Settings" if the flag "Value are ignored outside the given time period" is set

Thanks for your reply Arno,

I am not using  TSCUBE,

I load from CSV files and run a process chain in order to load my cube.

I realize that my transformation in my process chain is in Full update Mode, and this is probalby  the reason why my previous data is deleted when I want to load a new month...

I will make test and if successfull, I will merge my 24 csv files into 1 big csv file...
