Installment Plan and Account Maintenance

Hi all,

thank you very much for reading this question.

As far as I remember, it should not be possible to create an installment plan with an payment on account in it (0060 0010). Shouldn't there have been a request to make an account maintenance to clear the account? Please take a look at the picture.

It would be very kind if you could tell me, where to change this. Is there a customizing option or should I implement an event or something like this?

Stefanie:

By standard there is no restriction on the types of open items which can be included in a plan.  One of the 3000 series of events should be used to restrict the selections based on your criteria.
