Hello,
SAP Logon Issue with Copyright Dialog Box at every single logon on QAS system
after a full database system refresh (system copy over existing test system from production system)
A similar question was asked in February 2012 and was not answered.
From last few days, every QAS user logs into SAP, a Copyright Dialog appears with User last logon time,
every time each user has to Click Continue on the dialog box.
Normally this type of Copyright pop-up contains more information on the License
in this case the dialog box is almost empty, no license information are displayed
and yes the license of this system is fully OK
This seems to be caused by the copy of production to test system, while after the copy
we do run R3trans to import back some technical tables content,
one of the tables restored may cause this issue. We don't know which one
WE would like to solve this... any help would be greatly appraciated
Thanks and Best Regards,
Raoul
Hello Raoul,
This can be caused by an issue with table DOKIL
Sorry,I cannot assist further as this is a BC-SEC-LGN issue, not the responsibility of Sapgui.
Raising a ticket in BC-SEC-LGN might help.

Actually for the 4 test systems that have this problem
1) we did repopulate table DOKIL from the source system of the copy
2) we are running now abap report: REPAIR_DOCU2
Not sure yet if this will solve the issue

Jude did mention table DOKIL
in fact we do have in our R3trans script a truncate and rebuild of table DOKIL
thus an attempt to reset back in table DOKIL what was there in the test system
and getting rid of the entries from PROD (source) system
Not sure if this could be the issue, will investigate further

Transport of copies might be helpful.
Below link might also be helpful.
And then add the cofile and datafile to QAS buffer and try to import it.

Praveen

I saw that post, but it is not helpful as in their case it was Kernel related, the upgrade of the kernel make me think that after that the abap loads are regenerated... I tried already to use SGEN but did not see difference after... I think in our case it must be related to tables that we are importing back via R3trans after refresh... we did add a lot of new tables in our R3trans script coming from SAP program used for system refresh (owned by SAP) they are making a list of tables that should be preserved in a test system after production is copy over
The same is happening on 3 SAP different release with 3 different kernel (where the source and the target do always have same release and same kernel)
1st landscape : Kernel 64b EXT Unicode 721 SP 317 => BASIS/ABA 731
2nd landscape : Kernel 64b Unicode 721 SP 317 => BASIS/ABA 702
3rd landscape : Kernel 64b Unicode 721 SP 139 => BASIS/ABA 731
