Multi User Access Request > Notification Issues > GRC 10.1

Hi All,

We are facing the below Issue with respect to Multi User access request submission.

Everything works fine when we submit the request for multiple users except the notifications.

The Notification is only sent to the First User ID which is provided in the access request. (Irrespective of number of users provided in request)

Did any one come across such issue and do we have a fox for this ?

We are also facing the same issue. Only the first user get the notification. Can some one let me know what need to be the setting so that all the users selected in multiple user access request get the email notification for new account and password?

Hi Alessandro,

We have configured the notification settings in the Process Global Settings as shown below.

At stage level , we have set notifications to Managers/ Role Owners respectively.

Hi Pavan,

You need to have enhancement BADI implemented for notification to multi users.

Thanks for the reply.

I checked the notes. This issue is in GRC 10.1 SP5

Also checked the BADI's mentioned in the note. They dont exist / Not active in system.

Hi Pavan,

how did you define the notification event? At the stage level or under Process Global Settings? In case of multi user requests it is required to define at Process Global Settings.
