Can't progress Urgent Change To Successfully Tested

Urgent change is in "To be tested" status now when changing status of urgent change to "testing in progress" it is showing error "Business Partner has status locked".

the user entered in developer field has left organization due to this his BP ID is locked. Now we cannot unlock BP also in Urgent correction Iam unable to delete locked developer name from parties invovled.

Are you able to change BP on urgent change to BP not locked ?

If not check your partner determination procedure, and make this filed editable.

Hi Kamil,

User is no more working with organization in that case we cannot unlock users BP. Is there any way of deleting user record from urgent correction?

Hi Zainul,

Before locking any BP you should first close all open documents ITSM/CHARM where this BP is involved.

you can:

Unlock BP, close Urgent Change, lock BP.

Close Urgent Change even with errors, without unlocking BP (dirty style).

Switch off error temporary, complete Urgent Change, switch on error check.
